Delete your account
You can delete your MotoBuddy account and the data attached to it at any time. This page exists so you can do it even without the app installed.
From inside the app
Open MotoBuddy, go to Settings, tap Delete account, and confirm.
Without the app
Send an email from the address you registered with, subject "Delete my MotoBuddy account". We verify the request against that address and process it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your profile, photos, garage, trips, messages, matches, likes, verification selfie and account credentials. Deletion is final after 30 days and the account cannot be restored afterwards.
What we keep, and for how long
Billing and transaction records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, currently five years in Poland. Records of moderation action taken against an account may be retained to stop the same person returning, in a form that does not identify you beyond that purpose.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings, otherwise billing continues.
